Otter's Media Converter allows users to upload files for conversion into supported formats.

Uploaded files are processed to provide the requested conversion. We do not intend to permanently store your files, and converted files should be deleted after processing is completed.

Temporary files may exist while a conversion is in progress. We take steps to remove temporary files when processing finishes. We will verify that cleanup also occurs when a conversion fails.

Please do not upload confidential or sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the way the service processes your files.

2. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services in this application.

Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, request details and error logs, as part of operating and securing the website.

3. Cookies and Essential Technologies

The website may use essential technical mechanisms required for its operation, security or functionality. If optional cookies or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

File processing and website hosting may depend on infrastructure provided by our hosting provider. Such providers may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the service, subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We take reasonable steps to protect the service and limit the retention of uploaded files. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell users' personal information.
